This is how I handle customer orders

1. First Contact & Response

You contact me with your idea or project (e.g. vehicle, individual component).
Ich melde mich zeitnah zurück, stelle bei Bedarf Rückfragen und gebe dir eine erste Einschätzung, auch zu ungefähren Kosten und der Dauer.

2. Brainstorming & Designphase

Dann besprechen wir gemeinsam die Details des Designs.
Ich erstelle digitale Entwürfe, damit du dir das spätere Ergebnis möglichst genau vorstellen kannst, bevor die eigentliche Arbeit beginnt.

What is possible?
In principle, almost all designs are feasible as long as they can be drawn. Airbrushing offers a great deal of creative freedom. The price depends heavily on the motif, level of detail, colours and additional work (e.g. base coat, repairs).

No 1:1 copies of other people's work:
For legal and technical reasons, exact copies of other people's designs cannot be created.

Handcrafted instead of mass-produced:
Airbrush ist Kunst, reine Handarbeit – kein computergenerierter Druck oder Folie. Darum kann es auch beim Malen  kreativ werden, d.h. kleine Abweichungen vom Entwurf sind wahrscheinlich.
Unique pieces:Each design is unique and will only be used once.

Surfaces:
Airbrushing can be applied to many materials (e.g. helmets, cars, lorries, motorcycles, PC cases, etc.), but not every surface is equally suitable – that's why we always check beforehand.

·         Duration: Depending on the scope and effort involved, processing time may take several weeks or months. Please note that I do this as a side job and therefore my main job takes priority. Fast usually does not mean good quality.

3. Order placement & handover

You will now receive a formal offer. Once you have decided on the offer:

• you hand over the project object to me (shipping would have to be arranged separately if necessary)

• then I will begin with the implementation.

4. Interim results & feedback

I will keep you up to date during implementation:

• und der Möglichkeit, Feedback zu geben oder kleinere Anpassungen vorzunehmen.

This ensures that the entire process remains transparent and comprehensible for you.

5. Finalisation & Finish

Shortly before completion:

• You will receive another preview of the final design.
• nach deinem OK stimmen wir den Abhol- oder Versandtermin ab.
• Anschließend folgt die Klarlackversiegelung und das Finish,
  I do not apply the clear coat myself; this must be done by a painter. If you do not have your own, I can refer you to one.

6. Project completion

After completion:

• Once the clear coat has been applied, photos or videos will be taken for my portfolio or social media,
• and we will celebrate the result together in person.

Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, cash on collection.
